All women leaders need to be confident, creative and persevering but above all one needs to be adaptable. Being quick to anticipate, recognize and respond to internal and external pressures and opportunities is one of the core values of women leaders.  Change is inevitable, but struggle is optional. Every work environment  will have a unique set of demands, and those demands will continue to evolve as our technology, workforce, and clients’ needs do.
