Mansi Thakkar is a young dynamic leadership trainer with a vision to train young entrepreneurs to become extraordinary leaders helping them achieve business growth with leadership skills By education, Mansi is an IT engineering graduate from Pillai College of Engineering, New Panvel, she also pursued certification in public speaking along with her graduation. During her engineering journey, she had failed 7 times which made her decision more firm to become a Professional Trainer & Speaker.

While facing downfall in the field of engineering for 2 years, Mansi decided to excel in training field by learning from the stalwarts like Robin Sharma, Kim Kiyosaki, Dr Eric Pearl, Richard Mullender. G Riley mills to excel and embark on her journey as a Motivational speaker. Since then Mansi has inspired more than 1 lakh people across India. After meeting Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai in 2017 Mansi Thakkar decided to transition from being a motivational speaker to a leadership trainer. In 2019 under the guidance of Dr Radhakrishnan Pillai she started her MA in Leadership science at Chanakya international institute of leadership studies, university of Mumbai and will be graduating soon in the year 2021.

Mansi founded the company Mansi Thakkar Training Systems LLP in 2019 along with her mother as a designated partner. During her MA Leadership science course her classmate Dr Karunamoorthy offered her a Leadership opportunity to be as the board of Director in his new organisation Windplus Pvt. Ltd located in Coimbatore. Mansi is also the trustee of Healing Dove Foundation based in Mumbai.

We had kept Mansi's lecture on How to build up professional technical personality and lot of inputs were given . This was the very first session of Ist activity one , under Ist student chapter.. We had given her lot many topics and we asked her to cover all very informally , she gave right justice to all the topics.
